Animal Spirit Rattle Making

Join me for a day of meditation, connection and visionary art. A wonderful opportunity to explore guided meditation and intuitive connection to birth your own spirit animal rattle. I will support you in your creative process to embellish your rattle in the way it speaks to you. A truly powerful and transformative day.

We'll gather to begin our rattle making at 12 noon.

A range of shaped and round pre-made rattle heads are provided for you to connect to and choose from. Both natural skin and vegan paper mache rattle head options are available.

Handles are provided, but you may wish to bring your own, connect in and source a stick to use specifically for your rattle. Ensure you ask for guidance and permission to work with the stick and it is freshly fallen to ensure there is no wood worm! If in doubt, look for tiny holes and check with…
