Your body is made of 60-70% water. Water which flows around you transporting nutrients, healing and removing waste. Your cornerstone of your wellbeing. Working with the sounds of nature. You will enter into a blissful state of relaxation, reconnecting and strengthening your connection with water. An element that surrounds us in our daily lives, often taken for granted as it supports our very existence.

This session offers beautiful insight into the healing properties of water. You can be soothed by Kay and her ocean drum, or work with the ocean drum yourself to soothe and heal.

1-1 Sessions:​

60 mins £40 - This session focusses on your chakra energy centres. Cleansing and restoring flow and harmony within.​

90 mins £50 - This session takes into account your whole self and helps activate your natural healing processes, restoring your physical and emotional well-being.

Group Sessions:

90 mins £50 for up to 5 people, then £10pp up to 12 people.
