Heal Your Centre
These sessions offer therapeutic sound, vibration, creative art and energy work to support your well-being and healing. There are lots of different options available. If you're not sure, pop me a message and we can discuss what would be right for you. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and can be a single session or a block booking of 3 sessions at a discount.
1-1 Sensorimotor Expressive Art - 90 mins
Held at my studio, this session is a hands on, active participation session. Once settled, we begin with a meditation to connect with yourself, observe how you are both physically and intuitively. Then with closed eyes to really feel into the moment, you are invited to express this with finger paints, crayons and/or pastels. Exploring each aspect in turn, expressing each feeling through movement, texture and colour. This is a powerful practise, producing a series of abstract images which slowly focus on your needs and personal growth. For most of us, the last time we used just our hands to play with paint without judgement was as a young child. This method frees your inner child, enabling deep insight and healing to occur. Water based paints and apron provided. Short sleeves or the ability to roll sleeves up is advised.

1-1 Intention Setting Guided Art - 60 mins
Based at my Biggleswade studio. These beautiful sessions are tailored to your individual needs. We begin with a consultation to establish and set your focus. Perhaps moving on from a current situation, releasing relationships, ending patterns and starting anew, healing past wounds, gaining inspiration or manifesting your future.

Then lay or sit and allow the resonance and melody of the drum to carry you into your subconscious, on a guided meditation journey of self discovery and insight. My medicine drum and rattle have been handmade by myself with materials sourced from sustainable and eco friendly origins, honoring the gifts they have given to be treasured and shared. Fibreskin drum and rattle option available upon request.

You will then have time to express your insight in a creative way, unlocking your subconscious and valuable insight.

1-1 Breast Cancer Support - 60 mins
A holistic yoga movement session specifically designed for women affected by breast cancer who have had either a mastectomy or lumpectomy, with or without reconstruction.
As a woman who has undergone surgery myself, I am aware of the importance of regular targeted movement, massage and nurturing our femininity to heal and recover. This session includes focused exercises to improve the range of movement of your arm and hand, improve posture, increase strength, stimulate lymph drainage, working on cording and scarring.

More than an exercise class, this session treats you as a whole human being. Often treatment regimes leave you feeling disconnected with your body, navigating coming to terms with appearance and functionality. Through intentions, movement and shamanic healing, I will support you to being fully you once more.

1-1 Chakra/Aura Reading & Crystal Bowl Healing - 60/90 mins
An opportunity to delve into how your energy centres and aura are working for your benefit using a dowsing crystal.
Once investigated, we'll then tune up and clear any blockages using crystal singing bowls.

Our bodies have a constant flow of energy impulses, most of which are autonomic. These impulses combine with our conscious thoughts to create an energetic aura, energy field. Connecting in with the element of water, this healing sound session is tailored to your needs.

Be soothed by the sounds of the sea, cleansing, releasing, relaxing and revitalise you energetically.

Your body is made of 60-70% water. Water which flows around you transporting nutrients, healing and removing waste. Your cornerstone of your wellbeing. Working with the sounds of nature. You will enter into a blissful state of relaxation, reconnecting and strengthening your connection with water. An element that surrounds us in our daily lives, often taken for granted as it supports our very existence.

A tailormade session especially for you. Working with the natural world, drum, rattle, spirit guides, crystals and stones. Following shamanic healing practices passed down through the generations to create a space of healing, returning you to wholeness, supporting energetic, spiritual, emotional and physical wellbeing.

Beginning with a beautiful, flowing gong bath for relaxation and create space for your personal journey into your subconscious and dreams.
Then being settled and relaxed, I will guide you through a drum meditation to strengthen your mind, body, soul connection. Creating a sense of wellbeing with the sound of a rhythmic drum beat, transporting you to your world of day dreaming.

Find Your Centre
Everybody holds the key to their own healing, but sometimes the body needs a little help. That’s where my services come in. As an experienced Holistic Therapist, I work with you, Himalayan singing bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs and other instruments to restore your balance and find your center. A non intrusive session where you can relax an unwind, bathed in the sounds and sensations of intuitive play around you.
Taster Session - 45 min
A 45 min introductory taster session. Visit my studio, meet me and find out about sound therapy and/or therapeutic art. This is a great session if you have not experienced sound therapy or sound relaxation in any form or would like to find out more about shamanic practices.

Feel your Centre
These sessions involve the placement and movement of Himilayan singing bowls and other insturments directly onto your body. You are fully clothed, with the option of laying or seated positions for you comfort to enable the vibrations to soothe and restore your wellbeing. Assisting you to engage and connect with your body and feel centred once more.
1-1 Full Body Sound Healing & Sonic Massage - 90 min
Held in my studio, fully clothed. We begin by establishing your intentions and dowsing your chakras and aura. Bowls are placed strategically around and on your body for maximum effect. Creating a sonic massage to release the deepest tensions. It is particularly good for releasing your neck back and shoulders. Fully clothed, a non intrusive, highly effective treatment.
This is utter bliss and what clinched it for me to become a sound therapist, but don't take my word for it, come and find out for yourself!
