1-1 Stress Relief Program - 60 min

A focused sound therapy session addressing stress and anxiety. Working with breathing techniques, guided meditation, tuning forks and specific frequencies and resonant massage techniques. Discover the release from anxiety and tension. This session will involve on body placement of tuning forks and singing bowls. Please wear comfortable clothing without a hood that you can easily lay on your front and back.

Recommended as part of a 3 session weekly program, with follow-up sessions offered a discount.

1-1 Sleep Better Program - 60 min

A focused sound therapy session addressing insomnia and quality sleep. Working with breathing techniques, guided meditation, tuning forks, specific frequencies and resonant massage techniques. Release tension, stimulate your vagus nerve and encourage deep sleep brainwave patterns. This session will involve on body placement of tuning forks and singing bowls. Please wear comfortable clothing without a hood that you can easily lay on your front and back.

1-1 Quiet Mind Sound Bath (ADHD focus) - 60 min

Under 18's Resonance Therapy - 60 mins

A specialist session aimed to soothe a busy mind with racing thoughts. As a neurodivergent therapist myself, uncovering the power of sounds and vibrations to quieten over active brains and bring calm has been amazing. Aimed at those with full thoughts (ADHD), working with specific frequencies, rhythms, colour noise, binaural beats and sensory focus creates a space to switch off and be. Regulating your nervous system and building resilience when the world can feel full. Offered as either a 1-1, pair for support, or parent and child. Neurotypical people may find this session engaging and invigorating more than relaxing.

These session are specially designed to support the health and wellbeing of under 18's.Focusing on relaxation techniques, working with sound and movement to bring self awareness, release tension, anxiety and stress. Restoring a sense of self, clarity of thought and aiding sleep.
