Healing Drum Circle

7:15 - 8:30pm, £10
Sutton Village Hall, 1A High St, SG19 2NE

Join Rosie and I for a fun and laughter filled evening playing hand held drums for our joy and wellbeing.

No experience necessary. You will be guided into free flow drumming, lifting our spirits, releasing tension and bringing happiness to us all. No complicated rhythms to learn or remember, our heartbeat is the most powerful rhythm. Simple, yet stunningly effective.

There will be sweet treats and a chance to connect and chat to others.

Rosie has many years experience of sacred drumming and I have been training in therapeutic drumming for the past year. Gathering together again will be a delight and you will leave feeling buoyed and energised.

If you have your own drum, please do bring it along. If not we have drums and rattles to borrow.

There really isn't anything quite like getting together and playing drums. An opportunity to free your inner child. Lets raise the roof and step into our power!

"Sacred Sisters" Biggleswade Women's Holistic Circle

Join us for our monthly Women's Circle where we can gather together, chat and support one another. Sharing experience, building each other up and learn new things.

A space for all ages and life circumstances. Come with an open mind and open heart. Share if you wish,  listen and hold space for others. We'll have different topics each month, following the natural world around us for inspiration to support our wellbeing.

Refreshments included.

Art Party

Based at my cosy studio. A beautiful drawing for relaxation session.

We'll start with some sound relaxation to arrive in ourselves and connect to our creativity. Then together we will work on an observational drawing of still life.

Bring your favourite sketch pad/paper and pencils or I can supply paper and basic equipment.

Open to all abilities, our art party will help even the shyest artist rediscover their fun and love of drawing.

Drawing as a group, supporting and encouraging each other without judgement and of course learning tips and tricks to express yourself. It's a great evening.

Refreshments will be provided.

Fully insured member of The College of Sound Healing and The Association of Person Centered Creative Art and First Aid Trained.

Free parking across the road behind Stratton House Hotel/opposite the library.
